Listen to the sound of sweet espresso with the Rocket Espresso R58 Tune. A top-to-bottom remix of Rocket's flagship machine, the Tune keeps the dual boiler e61 base of past R58s while taking a modern tone everywhere else. Refreshed styling by V12 design brings rounded-edge face and side panels, Rocket's wedge-shape grouphead, platform-style feet, and soft-touch knobs, levers and portafilters. A relocated PID controller now sits at eye level, and new software makes managing settings and programming exceptionally smooth. The Tune takes its name from Rocket's Tune programming: a low-pressure pre- and post-infusion profile that harmonizes your shots with softer starts and longer finishes. Also found on the Rocket Bicocca, Tune programming lets you set two 3-bar times before and after full-pressure extraction. Redesigned steam and hot water valves can be tapped inward for staccato purges or turned as usual for modulated delivery. Other highlights include weekly on and off scheduling, optional plumbability, and a programmable eco-mode to save power when idle. Available in stainless or powdercoat black finishes, the R58 Tune will have you orchestrating espresso excellence every morning.
